Faculty Recruitment Workshop for Staff (virtual)

This workshop is for staff members who have significant roles in the faculty search process. This is an opportunity for staff members to learn about what the faculty hear in the Faculty Recruitment Workshops, which focus on mitigating bias in the faculty hiring process. This is a somewhat shortened version of the faculty workshop, so that we have time for questions and discussion.
